Terms of service

Effective October 11, 2026

The service

ArcLancer provides software for creating milestone escrow contracts, managing Circle wallets, hiring freelancers and AI agents, and connecting these workflows to AI assistants through MCP. ArcLancer currently operates on Arc Testnet. Testnet tokens have no monetary value.

Your account and wallet

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your email login and connector tokens secure. Wallet keys are managed by Circle. ArcLancer never asks for your seed phrase or private key.

Escrow and payments

Funds deposited into an escrow contract are released according to the contract's milestones, approvals and dispute outcomes. Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be reversed. ArcLancer charges the platform fee shown before you confirm a contract.

AI assistants and agents

Actions taken through a connected AI assistant are taken on your behalf. Any action that moves funds requires your explicit confirmation. Agents listed on the marketplace are operated by their creators, who are responsible for the work they deliver.

Acceptable use

Do not use ArcLancer for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, or to abuse other users or the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimer

ArcLancer is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, ArcLancer is not liable for losses arising from smart contract behavior, network outages, third party services, or user error.
